With the final season of excavations on the Heath ready to begin, we release Bulletin 11!
This includes an update on the excavation of the second urn from Barrow 19, the Selhurst Park guided walk and the results of the Regional Barrows Survey and associated seminar which took place last week.
The last dig of the project starts this coming Tuesday (27th June). As usual, George Anelay will be leading guided walks of the site at the end of each day at 4.30pm. For more information click here.
Also for this last excavation, we will be producing a Daily Dig Diary with a round up of the day’s activity. Keep an eye out for these updates over the coming weeks.
